Can QHHT Be done remotely?

No, a QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) session cannot be done remotely, and here’s why.

QHHT is a specialized practice developed by Dolores Cannon that requires the client to be in a state of deep hypnosis, known as the Somnambulistic state of trance which refers to the theta brainwave state and is only achieved when the client is in the physical presence of a trained QHHT practitioner.

Here are several reasons why QHHT sessions are only conducted in-person:

1. Depth of Trance: The Somnambulistic state, aka the theta brainwave state, is a deep level of trance where individuals can access past life memories and connect with their Higher Self or Subconscious. Achieving and maintaining this state is more effective in person, where the practitioner can closely monitor the client's physical and energetic responses.

2. Safety and Security: The practitioner's primary concern is the safety and comfort of the client. Being physically present allows the practitioner to ensure the environment is secure and to assist the client if any discomfort or emotional distress arises during the session.

3. Energetic Connection: QHHT practitioners often rely on an energetic connection with the client to guide them through the session. This connection is easier to establish and maintain when both are in the same room.

4. Distraction-Free Environment: A controlled environment is crucial for a successful QHHT session. Practitioners can create a space free from interruptions and distractions, which is harder to guarantee in a remote setting.

5. Technical Limitations: Remote sessions can be subject to technical issues such as poor internet connection, sound delays, or disruptions that can pull the client out of the deep trance state necessary for QHHT.

6. Personalized Attention: In-person sessions allow the practitioner to provide immediate, personalized attention and support. They can adjust their approach based on the client's verbal and non-verbal cues, which are more difficult to perceive remotely.

7. Integrity of the Method: Dolores Cannon developed QHHT with the intention of it being a personal, one-on-one experience. Practitioners are trained to follow her method closely to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the practice.

8. Post-Session Care: After a QHHT session, clients may need time to integrate their experience and discuss their insights. In-person sessions allow for immediate aftercare and debriefing, which is an integral part of the QHHT process.

For these reasons, QHHT practitioners follow the protocol of conducting sessions face-to-face. This ensures that our clients receive the full benefits of the technique.

It's important for individuals interested in QHHT to understand these requirements and to seek out a practitioner who can provide the appropriate setting and support. While remote sessions might seem convenient, they simply cannot replicate the conditions necessary for a genuine QHHT experience. Therefore, to maintain the quality and effectiveness of the session, practitioners and clients must commit to the in-person process.
